At the end of this 1-day program you will be able to apply the following :

• Developing the organizational vision, mission and goal statements for simple execution and deployment.

• Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of an organization and learn to capitalize on the advantages.

• Translating every mission statements into critical action plans and organize them accordingly.

• Measuring and continually improving the performance of critical processes so that we will move towards attaining our goals and vision in accordance to plan.

• To provide fundamental understanding in critical elements in planning, scheduling and organizing for a dynamic organisation.

• In order to build responsive organisations we need to first of all build responsive organizations.
